Our instructors have over 14 years experience in real life emergency & first aid care. They hold Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training. Through high quality learning you will acquire the knowledge, skills and confidence in providing successful first aid. Our courses include:

• Apply First Aid (Work Cover & VTAB) FA 9654 Accredited
• Resuscitation
• Advanced Oxygen
• Anaphylaxis

Emergency Response can also advise and supply you with the necessary first aid kits and equipment to meet your Workcover requirements for your workplace or home.

We also provide trained, experienced staff for pre-hospital care at your special event.
