ONSITE DELIVERY METHODS

(A)- Online Training

• Online training (most popular) + workshop assessment.

Our unique and easy way of learning first aid is delivered by self-paced learning online.

Online learning is designed to cut down the number of hours it takes to learn First Aid by being able to do the theory component in your own time on the internet
To enrol for our online training you will need to have an email address.

(B)- Workbook Training

• Workbook training + workshop assessment.

If internet access is difficult, the workbook training is a great option.
The theoretical components of the first aid course are completed via the workbook, (240 multi questions) in your own time.

For business this means that you can reduce the time it takes for you and your staff to complete your course.

Onsite Business Training

Once your staff have completed options A or B, we then provide training at your worksite. By doing this We aim to save you money and time by reducing your costs by providing our onsite delivery method.

All Practical aspects of first aid training are delivered onsite, at your business, via a fun & hands-on workshop with one of our experienced trainers.

Training approaches, using the First Aid Training Compnay method include:

• Lecturing, discussion and hands on group work
• Skills learning and practice
• Scenario analyses
• Group work & exercises

Assessment Process:

In each course, the assessment process focuses on practical demonstration of skills, and the underpinning knowledge required to demonstrate your competence.

The assessment takes place during your practcial session with your trainer.
You are judged to be Competent or Not Yet Competent.

Support During Training:

We provide an enjoyable, fun and innovative process of learning. All workshop teaching is hands on, thus ensuring more practcial time to identify and establish the abilites, skills and knowledge necessary for you to achieve success in your training.

Trainer's qualifications:

All Emergency Response trainers have real emergency care experience, a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training and technical expertise in the course you are undertaking.
